Andrew LEVITT Obituary
ANDREW LEVITT On Sunday, November 7, 2021 at his home surrounded by family. Beloved husband of Wendy Golden-Levitt. Loving father and father-in-law of Hannah and Dan Spitzberg, Joshua and Diane Schwartz, and Jacob and Cassidy Schwartz. Dear brother and brother-in-law to his twin sister Louise Levitt and Gareth Wilson, Elizabeth Levitt and Adam Herst, Sydney Levitt and Kate Douvan, Peter and Nancy Levitt. Devoted Beepah of Cameron, Zachary, Nora, and Graham. Andrew was a beloved Professor at The School of Architecture at the University of Waterloo, and author of two books. A Family Service will be held Thursday, November 11, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. Shiva will be by Zoom, details to follow. Memorial donations may be made to Brain Tumor Foundation of Canada, 1-800-265-5106.

Andrew was one of my favourite professors at the University of Waterloo's School of Architecture. He was supremely kind and empathetic to the mental struggles that so many of us went through. I was privileged to study with him and he's easily one of the best professors that I've had. I am grieved to hear of his death.
