SLADE, Andrew Blair
Loving husband of Anne and devoted father of Darren, Todd and Trevor, went peacefully to be with his God at his home on June 4, 1998. He will be greatly missed by his family, mother Charlotte Slade, sister Patricia Slade, Margaret and Garnet Bebensee, Larry and Lanny Bebensee and Betty and Scott Devnick. Funeral will be held Monday, June 8, 1998 at 1:00 p.m. at Chartwell Baptist Church, 228 Chartwell Road, Oakville. Friends can express their condolences at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (just east of Kerr St.) on Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and Sunday 2-4 p.m. only. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Cardiac department of Toronto Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
