ANNE TOBE EPSTEIN

Anne Tobe Epstein, 72, of New York, died unexpectedly on January 25, 2026. She leaves her bereft family: husband, Joel Barad; son, Gordon; sisters, Nancy (David Goldbloom) of Toronto, and Jane of Boston, and their children, Daniel (Jessica), Will (Zack) and Lee. She had recurring health issues and got through them all until now. She was quirky, adventurous, curious, and well educated with a font of unusual knowledge! She was simultaneously matter of fact and deeply sensitive. She will be profoundly missed. A celebration of life will occur in New York at a later date.
