Anthony John Bird passed away on March 5, 2026, at the age of 85, after a lengthy battle with PSP. Born in Salisbury, England, he made Canada his home in the 1960s. Before his illness, Tony lived a full and active life, filled with family, friends and great adventures. He was an avid traveller and hiker and spent much of his life exploring the world. He was a kind, sweet man with a love of nature and animals. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him well. A celebration of Tony's life will be held on Sunday, March 22, 2026, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., spoken words of remembrance at 2 p.m., at Circle of Life Cremation and Burial Centre, 100 King Street East, Dundas, ON (additional parking at the Air Force Club).
