Anthony CERVINKA Obituary



ANTHONY G. CERVINKA Peacefully on August 30, 2010 at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre at age 62. Anthony cherished father of Tony (Melissa), Tyler (Magdalena), Adrienne and Sarah. Loving grandpa to Emma, Kendra and Anthony. Beloved brother to Pavla and her husband David Wright and Kathy and her husband Alan Weese. Loving uncle to David and Katie Weese. Predeceased by his parents Anthony and Milada Cervinka. Anthony achieved a Bachelor of Applied Science (Aerospace) at the University of Toronto and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. He was also a committed volunteer at Wellspring Cancer Support Centre and Princess Margaret Hospital, as well as an accomplished yachtsman and an enthusiastic yoga practitioner. Friends may visit at the Mount Pleasant Visitation Centre in Mount Pleasant Cemetery 375 Mount Pleasant Road (east gate entrance) on Friday, September 10, 2010 from 12 ­ 1 p.m. followed by a celebration of life in the chapel at 1 p.m. If so desired donations to Wellspring 81 Wellesley St. E.
