BARBARA ANNE PRISCUS

(nee Graydon) In Toronto, on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at age 85, after a brief illness. Loving wife of Algimantas Priscus; sister of Jane Graydon; mother of Anne (Kevin Fair) and Virginia (Julian Padfield); and grandmother of James Fair, Lauren Padfield and Fraser Padfield. Predeceased by her parents, Allan Richard Graydon and Elizabeth Palmer Graydon. Fondly remembered by her many cousins, nieces and nephews. Barbara attended The Bishop Strachan School, Trinity College at the University of Toronto, and then went to the University of California, Berkeley to do a Masters in Modern Languages. At Berkeley she met Algimantas, and they celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary this past summer. She spent her entire career at BSS as a French and German teacher, and later was also Vice Principal Academic. A very special thank you to the staff of 6th Floor East of Sunnybrook's Holland Centre for the compassionate care they provided during her final few days. A private service will take place.
