Died peacefully with dignity and courage on Friday, November 8, 2002 at the age of 55, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Margaret Grant and Franklin J. McGee of Rochester, NY, and his brother David. Dearly loved husband of Patricia (Kelly), and devoted dad of Patrick, Tara and Megan. Barry will be sadly missed by his brothers John of Herndon, VA, and Paul (Carol) of Mechanicsburg, PA; his 'in- laws' Nancy McGee of Watertown, NY; Maureen and Brian Sheedy of Toronto, Brian and Lila Kelly of Kanata, and Kevin and Lise Kelly of Quebec City; and his many much loved nieces and nephews. Special thanks to family, friends, his partners at Blakes, Fr. R. Madden, Dr. J. Paupst and the HPCNet palliative care team for all their support. Friends may call at the Morley Bedford Funeral Home, 159 Eglinton Ave. W. (2 stoplights west of Yonge St.) on Saturday, November 9th from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday, November 10th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Basil's Church, 50 St. Joseph St. (at Bay) on Monday, November 11th at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the University of St. Michael's College, 81 Mary St., Toronto, ON M5S 1J4.
