On Tuesday, January 21, 2003, after a short battle with cancer, in his 73rd year. Ben Wise, loving husband and life partner of Sheila, a dearly loved father of Cindy and Jerry, Jennifer and Ross, Jordanna and Earl, and Jonathan and Nicole. Beloved Zaidie of Taiga, Jack, Sam, David, and Isabelle. Dear brother of Carolyn and Billy Collins, and Daniel and Donna Wise. Nephew of darling Brenda and Nathan Fishauf. Ben lived an extraordinary and productive life, enriching the lives of thousands of young minds at Manitou-Wabing Sports & Arts Centre and Interprovincial Music Camp. Ben will also long be remembered for the dream and creation of his pride and joy, The Inn at Manitou. At Holy Blossom Temple, 1950 Bathurst Street (Bathurst and Eglinton Avenue), for service on Thursday, January 23, 2003, at 11:00 a.m. Interment Holy Blossom Section of Pardes Shalom Cemetery.
