Peacefully at the York Central Hospital, Richmond Hill after a lengthy illness on her 79th birthday, August 15, 2008. Beloved wife of 54 years to Desmond. Loving mother of Craig and David. Dear sister of Joyce (Bob Hewitt). Daughter of the late Alice and Gifford Peacock. Friends may call at the MARSHALL FUNERAL HOME, 10366 Yonge St., Richmond Hill (4th traffic light north of Major Mackenzie Drive) on Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Service will be held at St. Mary's Anglican Church (Yonge and Major Mackenzie Dr., Richmond Hill, entrance off of Major Mackenzie) on Wednesday, August 20 at 1 p.m. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bernice's memory may be made to St. Mary's Anglican Church or York Central Hospital.
