Peacefully, at her residence in Toronto, on Wednesday, April 7, 1999, in her 78th year after a courageous battle with cancer. Having showered us throughout her years with unconditional love, she leaves us with incomparable courage. Betty, beloved wife and sweetheart of Bert F. Grant for fifty years. Ever loving and cherished mother of son Bert A. Grant and daughter -in-law Nancy, daughter Suzanne Robb and son-in-law Jim, daughter Dianne Koch and son-in-law Josef. She will be greatly missed by the light of her life, her grandchildren Bert C., Lori and Sara Grant, Christopher and Lesley Robb, Fiona and Melissa Koch. Dear sister of Nell and the late George Cull of Toronto, Kay and her husband Arthur Hall of New Hamburg, and the late Herbert and Emily Rawlings of Toronto. Also sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family wished to acknowledge its sincere appreciation to Dr. A.M. Pyper, Dr. Stanley Zheng, Dianne Stack, nurses and others at Saint Elizabeth Health Care. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W.
