Brian INGRAM Obituary

Brian Ingram

Died at St. Joseph's Hospital in
Hamilton, Ontario on April 1,
2016, in his 87th year. He will
be forever sorely missed by
his wife, Anne; children,
Alistair (Joan), Rachel (Scott)
and Michael (Chantal) and
grandchildren, Stephen, Mallory,
Alana, Olivia, Roan, Parker,
Rebecca, Alex and Noah. Brian
immigrated to Canada from
England in 1957 with only $250
in his wallet. Through hard work
which included studying at the
University of Toronto, 3 nights a
week for 5 years, he became
Associate Registrar at the
University of Waterloo and then,
in 1974, Registrar at the
University of New Brunswick. He
retired in 1991 and enjoyed 25
years of happy retirement with
his family, friends and fellow
barbershoppers.
   Cremation has already taken
place. There will be a Celebration
of Brian's life in a few weeks. In
lieu of flowers, donations to
Sleeping Children Around the
World (www.scaw.org) would be
appreciated.
   Well done, thou good and
faithful servant.
