(FEBRUARY 24, 1929 ­ APRIL 26, 2008) BRUCE MILTON ESCOFFERY Courageously, at North York General Hospital. Beloved husband and best friend for over 54 years of Betty (Elizabeth June Bentley). Dear father of William Br uce, Bentley Douglas and his wife Mary Ann, Warren Bradley and his wife Jeannie. Proud grampa of Kelly, Brittany, William, Laura, Heather, Emily and Matthew and Melanie Davidson. Caring twin brother of Warren and his wife Nattie of Edmonton, younger brother of David and his late wife Bette of Calgary, older brother of Carole and husband Brian Butler. Br uce was a retired Vice President of Trans Canada Pipelines, a past director of Thornhill Golf and Country Club, a member of St. George's Anglican Church and a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario. A special thank you to Dr. Michael Law for his wonderful care, concern and support in many home visits during the past year. Also, gratitude to the staff of the Palliative Care Unit for their care and compassion. Friends may call on Tuesday, April 29, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at 1 p.m. in the Chapel. Cremation.
