Bruce ROBERTSON Obituary

ROBERTSON, Bruce
Passed away in his sleep on June 22, 2012, in his 80th year after a brave battle with illness, at Seven Oaks Retirement Home in Scarborough. Beloved husband of 49 years of Marion. Proud father of Anne (Cliff) and Mark (Cristina) and grandfather of Lauren, Graham, Fraser, Kaiya, Emily and Hailie. A graduate of the Ontario College of Agriculture, Bruce took great pride in his work as a teacher with the Durham Board of Education. Bruce will be remembered fondly for his lifelong commitment to science education, his love of nature and the out-of-doors, and his enjoyment of company and conversation. He greatly enjoyed travelling the world with Marion and close friends and spending summers on Georgian Bay. A private family burial will be held. We thank Rouge Valley Health System for their outstanding and compassionate care. In memoriam, please make donations to the Rouge Valley Health System Foundation (416-281-7342).
