Bunny Knight Turner It is with profound sadness that we
announce the sudden passing of
Bunny (Florence Irene Knight)
Turner, September 17, 2016.
Bunny was a generous, kind, spirited
person who loved collecting,
the Unitarian Church, the Cottage,
her many friends and above all,
her family. She leaves behind
her husband, Pat; son, Chris
(Debbi); daughter, Kim (James);
grandchildren, Meisha, Dustin,
Patrick, and Katherine; great-
granddaughter, Zoe; many beloved
nieces and nephews and countless
good friends. She is predeceased by
her parents, Nancy and Victor
Knight; her brother, Dick Knight;and
sister, Judie Wilson.
Born in Toronto on April 9, 1928,
Bunny lived and worked across
Canada, becoming an active
participant in each place she lived
She was a founding member of the
Lakeshore Coin Club and the
Canadian Unitarian Council and a key
contributor to countless other social
justice, non profit and community
groups.
In 1995, Bunny and Pat moved to
Halifax to be closer to their East
Coast family. Being so close to her
grandchildren was a special gift for
her and them.
Wherever Bunny went she had an
amazing ability to make people feel
welcomed and loved.
A tea to celebrate her life will be held
October 22, 2016 3:00 p.m. at
the Halifax Grammar School

may be made to the Canadian
Unitarian Council, a local Unitarian
Universalist congregation, or charity
of your choice.
