Dr. Palmer and his wife, Mary, along with their 4 kids, used to visit our family cottage. We have great memories from those times. Our mother, Phyl, was very close to Mary for many years, until Mom's early passing. We fondly remember Dr. Palmer's sense of humour and Mrs. Palmer's ability to call a spade a spade. We miss them both.

Always enjoyed working in Plastic Surgery at NYGH with him. A first class colleague and gentleman

Charlie Palmer was a great man.

He was a lovely surgeon, a dedicated leader of his surgical division, a spirited colleague, and a loyal friend.

He had a quick wit, a mischievous smile, and a wonderful sense of humor.

In spite of multiple attempts, we simply lost contact with Charlie, and were unable to reconnect.

He was missed and loved. And shall be missed and loved.

We trust our friend will rest in peace. He accomplished so much, and had so much to be proud of. He is with his Mary now.

Our sincere condolences to his dear family at this difficult and sad time.

With all our love,
Susan and Bernd Neu
