Charlotte MOFFAT Obituary
Charlotte Elizabeth Moffat (nee Siegert)
February 21 2017, Charlotte passed away in her sleep at Purdy Pavillion adjacent to UBC hospital in Vancouver. Born in Toronto Aug. 15 1930, she led an active lifetime. Until the last six months, she remained fiercely independent. Sadly missed by Peter (Julie), Pamela (David), much loved grandchildren, Clay, Jennifer (Nick), James and Lloyd, great grandsons Nate and Devon, nieces Catherine, Michelle (Mike and sons Jake and Peter), nephews Brian, Steve and Paul,and her life long friends Gloria, Helen and Mina, and later Beth, Pat, Joan, Angie. Thankful for the close Vancouver friendship with Maggie, Isobel, Mary Lou, and many more. Many thanks to the VGH and UBC Purdy Pavilion Staff. Charlotte wished to be interred at Park Lawn Cemetery, Toronto with her parents a celebration of life will be held there in June (date TBA). Private Celebration of Life for family and friends in Vancouver on Saturday, April 1st. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Red Cross in Charlotte's name.
