To the Hallett family,
Sincere condolences on the loss of Mrs. Hallett. We've known her for many years when Manuel tended to her property. Truly a lovely lady. May she rest in eternal peace. God bless you all.

Please allow me to extend words of sincere sympathy regarding the death of Mrs. Hallett. I have always known her as the beloved wife and widow of Dr. Hallett via my association through the Bermuda College, first as a student then an employee.

Their love, admiration and devotion to each other was a testimony in itself.

Bermuda has been the beneficiary of their collective genius as they have researched many family trees. Their contribution to our archival history is unparalleled. The same can be said of their contribution to education. The late Hon. Dr. David Saul and Mr. Mansfield "Jimmy" Brock have often told the story of luring Dr. Hallett back to Bermuda from the University of Toronto as the head of one of their Colleges. Dr. Hallett accepted the invitation and appointment, but Mrs. Hallett came as a faithful spouse and servant to these islands of Bermuda.

After the demise of her beloved Archie, she continued the research, that had been their calling. She continued to bless all of the people of Bermuda. I am pleased to acknowledge their contribution having been blessed by the lives they lived and the contributions they made.

Mrs. Hallett, well done thou good and faithful servant, on behalf of all of the People of Bermuda. May you rest in peace.
