1936 - 2025
Colette Perron-Sharp passed away December 23, 2025, aged 89. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Vincent Sharp; and son, Pascal Sharp. She is survived by her daughter, Yseult Eo Sharp (Charles Gagnon); her grandchildren, Samuel (Melanie Ashe), and Lucas Ferguson-Sharp, their father, Munro Ferguson; her daughter-in-law, Christine Oksanen; and her sisters, Françoise Perron-East, Nicole Perron-Martel and Louise Perron; as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews; and her dearest friend, Lily Gibson of Toronto.
Colette was born to J. Émile Perron and E. Blanche Dodier of Sillery, Québec. Colette studied at the École des Beaux-Arts de Québec, was an artist and made her living working as a translator for Simpsons-Sears in Toronto. Lover of film, enjoyer of stories, appreciator of humanity's generosity, sweet natured, kind hearted, ever gracious, endearing charm, a true romantic spirit, Colette will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Family and friends will gather on April 8th for a commemorative ceremony, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Centre funéraire Côte-des-Neiges, 4525 Chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges, in Montréal.
