KELLY, Cyril Joseph (Retired Bank of Montreal)
Passed away peacefully, on Saturday, September 2, 2000, at his home in Dartmouth, N.S., surrounded by family. Born in St. John's Newfoundland on July 1st, 1938, he was a son of the late Cyril Sr. and Mary (Drew) Kelly. A beloved husband and devoted father, Cyril instilled love, kindness and courage in his family. He was a true inspiration and source of pride and will be greatly missed and remembered with love by his wife Kay (O'Reilly), and children Robert of Montreal, Quebec, Sean of Guelph, Ontario, Karen of Tampa, Florida, and Colleen of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Cyril is also survived by his brothers Michael of Brampton, Ontario, Wayne of Halifax, Nova Scotia, and Blaine of St. John's, Newfoundland. He will also be missed by a large circle of family and friends. Visitation will be on September 4 and 5 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in the Atlantic Funeral Home, 771 Main Street, Dartmouth. A Funeral Service will take place in St. Clement's Church, Gaston Road, Dartmouth on Wednesday, September 6 at 11 a.m., Rev. Robert Floyd and Rev. Owen Connolly officiating. Private family burial at Dartmouth Memorial Gardens. Family flowers only. Donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Nova Scotia Hospital, Dartmouth.
