FITZ-JAMES, D. Michael (54)
Peacefully, at home, on Sunday, March 27, 2005. Beloved son of Dr. Philip and the late Monica Fitz-James. Survived by his children Megan (19), Thea (16) and Alec (12), and sisters Meriel, Bronwyn and Athlyn. Former editor of Canadian Lawyers Weekly, legal reporter with CBC Newsworld, writer, author, broadcaster, and actor (a.k.a. Harold Fiske). Mike's great sense of humour will be missed by his many friends. Friends may gather at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor Street West, at Windermere, east of the Jane subway, on Friday, April 1, 2005 from 4 p.m., Memorial Service in the Chapel at 4:30 p.m. Donations in Mike's memory may be made to charities supporting Stem Cell Research.
