Died peacefully, in London, Ontario with his family, on Friday, October 31, 2003, after a long and courageous battle. Loved father of Alison and her fiancé Steve Bourne. Much loved son of Tena and the late Ed Hurley. Loving partner of Divina Devera Marquez. Survived by his brother John and family. Fondly remembered by his many friends, colleagues and patients. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME
A. W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (South of Eglinton Avenue East), from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, November 4th. A service to celebrate David's life will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, November 5th at one o'clock.
