It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David Jeanneret, who died peacefully at home, in Toronto, on Monday, October 13, 2025. David, predeceased by his mother, Bea (Mellan); father, Marsh; and brother, Keith, was a devoted husband to Leslie (McCutcheon); loving dad (and second dad) to Marc, Brent (Karen), and Stephanie (Manet); and adoring Grampio of Spencer, Nolan, Seth, Nate, Maxine and Simone. Friends will remember David's love of learning, fine tenor voice, patronage of the arts, adeptness at public speaking, care and consideration, and deep loyalty. After retiring from a career in education with the YRDSB, David was a dedicated volunteer with King City United Church, Crime Stoppers of York Region, and the York Regional Police Chief's Community Council. A Memorial Service will be held at King City United Church, 50 Elizabeth Grove, King City, ON L7B 1H6, on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a contribution to a
