MacDONALD, David Findlay
With terrible sadness we
announce the passing of our
wonderful Dave: a loving father,
son, husband, brother, uncle,
cousin and friend. Dave was
born in Montreal in 1965 and
grew up in Edmonton. After
graduating from McGill, he went
on to a successful career as a
filmmaker, CBC morning radio
host and sports reporter. Dave
lived in Moncton for many years
before his recent move to
Calgary. He was creative, brilliant
and funny beyond description,
and we will all miss him forever
Dave leaves his beloved
daughter, Sacha of Moncton; his
parents, Neil and Mary Jane of
Montreal; sister, Cynthia (Russell
Silverstein) and brother, Gavin
(Amy Stulberg) of Toronto; and
brother, James (Tracey Power)
of Edmonton. Also mourning
this awful loss are his treasured
nieces, Margot, Rachel and Noa,
as well as former partner,
Charline Boudreau and aunt,
Florence Ross. Details of an
October memorial service to
follow. Kindly contact
[email protected]for donation details.
