McMASTER, David Carson
Suddenly and peacefully of a heart attack, at his home on February 4, 2003 at he age of 62. Son of John Wanless and Dorothy Campion McMaster. David is survived by his beloved and adoring children, Anne Elizabeth and John Scott Wanless, his loving sisters, Dorothy Ann Bacque and Barbara Jane O'Reilley, and many cherished nieces and nephews. David enjoyed a long and rewarding career as a teacher at Royal St. George's College and Bishop Strachan School, and as a hockey coach at the University of Toronto, for Team Canada and numerous other organizations. David particularly loved his summers in Muskoka, spent with family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted by The Ontario Womens Hokey Association, 5155 Spectrum Way #3, Mississauga, ON, L4W 5A1, or the University of Toronto's Varsity Blues Womens Hockey Team c/o the Alumni Office, 55 Harbord St., Toronto, ON, M5S 2W6. A Public Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 14, 2003 at 1 p.m. at Grace Church-on-the-Hill, 300 Lonsdale Road (at Russell Hill) with a reception to follow at Bishop Strachan School.
