David MacKay Rogers, QC
1933 - 2013

With profound sorrow the family announces that David died July 17 at St. Michael's Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth (nee Moffat) for 57 years, father of Carolyn (Noru Gogovita), John and Duncan (Yidan Xie) and grandfather to Joanna, Michael and Daniel Gogovita and Malcolm Rogers. Born in St. Catharines, Ontario, he received his Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Toronto and his LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School. He practiced Intellectual Property Law in Toronto for over 50 years. Respecting his wishes, there was no funeral. Donations may be made to the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation for Leukemia Research.
