SMUSCHKOWITZ, David
Passed away on December 27, 2011. Beloved husband of Luba. Loving and devoted father and father-in-law of Dora and Harry Kichler, Allen and Ellen Smoskowitz, Howard and Jennifer Smuschkowitz, and Michael and Shirley Smoskowitz. Cherished grandfather of Andrew, Jonathan, Eric, Kailee and Jeff Shlanger, Robert, Jarrett, Miller, Dylan, Jackie and Amanda. Survived by brother Peter (Alina) Smuszkowicz and sister Genia Zeligman. Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 30, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. at Beth Emeth Synagogue, 100 Elder St., Toronto. Interment to follow at Bathurst Lawn Cemetery, Beth Emeth section. Shiva to be observed at 21 Steele Valley Rd., Thornhill, (evening services at 7 p.m., visitors are welcome from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.). Memorial donations may be made to the Research for Advanced Prostate Cancer Fund at TGH and Western Hospital Foundation (416) 340-4430.
