Long time associate of Brown Baldwin Nisker (HSBC). Peacefully at his country home in Glencairn on July 5th, 2000. Devoted husband of the late Mary ShoobertStephenson. Dear husband of Marie RiviereStephenson. Loving father of Mark, Neil, Paul (Diane), Anne Louise (Claudio). Dear brother of Winnifred Seery (William), nephew Bill (Mary K.) and niece Linda (Paul) of New York. Loving son of Erwin Shirrmeister (Marion) of Florida. A celebration of Derek's life, a gathering of family and friends will be held at Madriviere in Glencairn on Sunday, July 9th, 2000 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the General and Marine Hospital Foundation, 459 Hume Street, Collingwood, Ontario L9Y 1W9.
