Don EVANS Obituary
EVANS, Don
September 14, 1941- February 16, 2002. Although the time that I knew Don was relatively short in relation to his life, the bond that was created was strong. Our connection became as strong as it did in such a short time because he believed in the same principles and truths that are required to build long term relationships as Don had. It was the way in which Don was. He spoke of his wife, Liz, family, friends and business associates with respect, love and true admiration for who they were as people. He spoke of the people in his life with such reverence no matter what their background or what they stood for. Don knew one of the basic rules in life, what you put in you get back ten fold. As an associate of Don's wrote, life is about cause and effect and in Don's case nothing could be truer. He got exactly what he gave, ten fold. People that I met with Don or who knew him always showed great admiration, love and respect for the man that he was and what he stood for. He was genuinely loved. So long my friend, it was truly an honor to have known you and count you as a true friend and mentor. Until we meet again. Richard.
