Dear Betty and Family,
May Ted´s glorious love-filled life always be your guiding light and may his memory be for a blessing. I will miss his smile, charm and the twinkle in his eyes. I enjoyed our conversations very much and I was impressed by his extraordinary talents and, I loved hearing about your lives; past and present.
My sincere condolences on your loss. We will all miss his presence very much.

I had the privilege and pleasure of working with Ted for nearly 20 years, as First York was integral in establishing the insurance plan for Canadian Actors' Equity Association. Every year, I looked forward to our Christmas lunch, where we would talk about the arts and travel, past and future. Ted (and Doug Burton) was present at my retirement party in May of last year, and I was touched that he was in attendance. He was a lovely, lovely man - smart, funny, engaged and extremely charming. Please accept my sincerest condolences on this loss. We were all lucky to know him.

The very best wishes and many thoughts from me here in Denmark. I have so many lovely and warm memories from meeting up with you during my visits in Canada, both in Toronto and on your farm. It saddens me deeply that Ted has passed away. My thoughts are with you all. All the very best, Jesper

I was totally shocked and saddened to learn of Ted's passing in that we shared many years as personal friends and business associates. I want Betty and family to know my thoughts and prayers are with them during this extremely difficult time and may God bless them all.

Ted you were an inspiration to me early in my career. More importantly you became a trusted friend. My regret is we didn’t get a fair well lunch together. May you rest in peace.
