Ed was a true patriarch for his family one would be very blessed to have such a father, grandfather or great grandfather. Wonderful man to have in your presence. Always a joy to see his smiling face at Pierce get togethers. He will definitely be missed. Phil & Eva Cunningham

So many great memories of Uncle Eddie. I remember watching the three brothers playing hockey at Talbot Park in Leaside on Sunday mornings And who can forget the brothers´ photos where Ed & Alec were missing a some front teeth? Always fun, quick witted.
Rest in peace Uncle Eddie.

Leslie, Rob and Erik. We are truly heartbroken to hear of our Uncle Ed's passing. Steve and I shared with our family many happy times at the farm with Ed and Dianne visiting and swimming in the pool. Your Dad often took Steve to "chores" while we visited, but I don't actually think any chores were done. Personally, I will miss our telephone conversations talking about who in the family was doing what and past and current events. I loved hearing about some of the people he had met that had served in the army and the stories they had shared with him. I pray that he is at rest now and is with his brothers who were taken too soon.
