Peacefully, passed away at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital in Kitchener on Tuesday, August 7, 2007 in her 81st year. Dear mother of the late Helen Lowes (2006) and John Baboi of Cambridge. Predeceased by her cousin Nicolae Cavachi. Grandmother of Heidi Elliott and her husband Martin of Waterloo. Survived by her dear friends Nancy and Eric Lomax of St. George, Maria Sciciu and Ileana Joici, both of Toronto. Elizabeth owned Cambridge Restaurant, was a partner with her former husband in Baboi Real Estate and was in charge of the Bridal Department at Bramer's in Toronto for many years. Elizabeth was a resident at the Hellenic Home for The Aged in Toronto for 15 years. Private funeral services will be held at Prospect Cemetery, Toronto.
