ELIZABETH LITTLE Obituary

Elizabeth Ingeborg Little (nee Anvik), 85, died on November 19, 2025. Predeceased by her beloved Jim; and her brother, Hans. She will be missed by her girls, Karen (Chris), Ingrid (Ross), Britta (Dave), and Lara (Ron); and by her grandchildren, Katie (Zach), Emily, Matthew, Andrew, Jenny, Joshua, Finlay and Alia. She also leaves behind her sister-in-law, Lise Anvik; and her brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Sharyn Little. Elizabeth was a proud nurse, wife, mother and friend, but proudest of all as MorMor to her grandchildren. A sincere thank you for the love and support provided by the nursing and caregiving staff at The Briton House and the compassionate care of the Temmy Latner team in her final days. We are especially grateful to Tsering and Karma who offered such kind, loving care - Elizabeth was truly treated like a queen! A celebration to remember Elizabeth will be held at a later date.

To the children of Elizabeth,
I just happened upon this obituary, and I wish to express my sincere condolences to your family on the loss of your mother. I have fond memories of your mother from Rosedale United Church and also from hanging out at your house as one of Ingrid's school pals. I wish you all peace and comfort.

To Elizabeth's girls:
My deepest sympathy goes out to you and your families on the recent passing of Elizabeth. I knew her in Temiscaming where she was the babysitter for myself and my younger sister and brother. Her dad and my dad worked at the paper mill and I spent many hours at the Anvik home. The last time I saw the girls was in Toronto - Lara was a baby - and then the family was off to California. I have very fond memories of Elizabeth and her parents. Please accept my deepest sympathy on your loss.
