SWAN, Eric Minto (1965-2013)

Died peacefully April 28, 2013 after a brave battle against cancer. Eric is survived by his wife Anne and their three children Connor, Bennett and Ella who will honour his life daily. He will be sorely missed by his parents Peter and Marion Swan of Kingston, his sister Sandra (Jeremy) and daughter Emily, Karla (Scott) and daughters Beatrice and Abigael. Eric's in laws, Marnie Wilson, Susan (Ron) and Tim (Tamara) along with their children, will miss Eric as one of their own family. Eric was the music of our lives. His love of music, friends and laughter will carry us all along. The family will receive friends at the Glen Oaks Memorial Chapel, 3164 Ninth Line, Oakville on Wednesday May 1st from 4 - 8 pm. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 2nd at St. Jude's Anglican Church, Oakville at 11 am. Condolences can be shared online at www.glenoaks.ca.
