I offer my deepest condolences to Dr Dekany's loving staff, family and friends. I first became her patient at Women's College Hospital and she was my opthamologist for more than 20 years, preserving and optimising my vision with expert care and attention.

Mimi Divinsky sent me off to your mom when she was at WC for a checkup. When she learned that I knew you, her eyes lit up and the doctor/patient thing went out the window. We had a great chat, always coming back to you. You were a good son and no mom could have been prouder. An exception person and an exceptional life.
