Frances Mary VITALI

Frances Mary Vitali (née Stonehouse), latterly of London, Ontario, passed peacefully at home, on August 1, 2024, at the age of 91. Frances spent her life caring for others and celebrating her family. Born September 16, 1932, to Stanley and Mary Stonehouse (née Smith) of Forest; stepdaughter to Minnie Stonehouse (née Thomson), of Forest, Ontario. Sister of Marjorie (Montgomery), Barbara Stonehouse, Gordon Stonehouse, Audrey Stonehouse and Nancy (Charles) King. Wife of John Joseph (Jack Vitali); and mother to Robert (Wilma) Vitali, Susan (John) Lovell, Sharon (George) Vitali-Ebers, Greg (Heather) Vitali, Mary Vitali-Perrier, and Philip Vitali. Nana to Duane Vitali, Jason (Ashley) Vitali, Stephanie (Evan) Cole, Sean (Stephanie) Vitali, Patrick Lovell, Jeff (Shanna) Lovell, Pete (Nichole) Lovell, Marc (Erin) Lovell, Malcolm Pate, Jennifer Pate, Ashley (Ian) Vitali-MacDougall, Sarah (Taylor) Vitali-Bechamp, Nicole (Adam) Perrier-Rankin, Michael (Eliana) Perrier, Melissa Perrier, Philip John (PJ) Vitali, and Samantha Vitali. "Super Nana" of Jackson, Kennedy, Lincoln, Nixon, Bryant, Wila, Bente, Milou, Evie, Everett, Ben, Josie, John, Jane, Alice, William, Wesley and Evelyn. Frances was predeceased by her husband, Jack Vitali (2008); her daughter, Susan Lovell (née Vitali) (2008); and her siblings, Barbara Stonehouse (1991), Gordon Stonehouse (2010), Marjorie Montgomery (2017), and Audrey Stonehouse (2023). There will be a Funeral Mass at St. Peter's Basilica, 196 Dufferin Avenue, London, on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., followed by interment at St. Peter's Cemetery, London.
