HAZLETT, Frank David(Member Toronto Real Estate Board and Granite Club)
Suddenly, at home, after a short illness, on February 2, 2000. Loving husband of Mary Lou. Loving father of Frank Matthew, Susan Grace Clark and Warren Ormiston. Grandpa of Douglas, Amanda, Sarah and Matthew. Beloved brother of Andrew, Douglas, Donald and Garth. Friends may call at the TRULL FUNERAL HOME ;NORTH TORONTO CHAPEL;, 2704 Yonge Street (5 blocks south of Lawrence) on Friday from 7-9 p.m. A service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 2 o'clock. Interment York Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society Metro Toronto Region, 20 Holly Street, Suite 302, Toronto, Ontario M4S 3B1 or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
