FRIEDRICH-WILHELM FEUERRIEGEL

February 21, 1931 – January 19, 2025 Friedrich "Fred" passed peacefully, on January 19, 2025, at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto. He is survived by Hanna, his wife of 71 years; his children, Randolph Feuerriegel (Jude) and Emy-Lu Mugnieco (Sal); his grandchildren, Sarah Atkinson (Matthew), Adrian Mugnieco and Julian Mugnieco (Victoria); and great-grandchildren, Isabelle and Alyssa Atkinson. He is also survived by his brother, Gerhard Feuerriegel (Irmgard) of Worth, Germany. Fred was predeceased by his parents and his four siblings. Fred loved his lifelong partner, Hanna, our mother, loved his children and their families, and adored his great-grandchildren; his face would light up whenever he talked about them. The family would like to express deep thanks to the Cardiac, ICU and Emergency staff at Sunnybrook Hospital for their compassionate care. A private funeral service has taken place.
