GAIL VOLTERRA Obituary
(September 9, 2025) Gail Volterra (née (Nancy) Gail Gnaedinger) died peacefully at her home recently, following a period of ill-health. She was the sole child of her beloved parents, (Rupert) Ivan and Doris (née Scott). Growing up, she loved being at the family cottage with her dog, Blackie. She graduated from university with a BA in economics and worked in a number of financial institutions. Later in life, she graduated with a degree in graphic design and started her own graphic design company. She was an active volunteer in community organisations everywhere she lived with her own family (Canada, the USA, the UK). She enjoyed travelling in Europe, Africa, and South America. She delighted in being the hostess of the RNH Christmas Party over many decades. She valued her long friendships with Sally, Karla, and Pat. She leaves behind her beloved daughter, Karen; and her beloved son, Robert; and their families. Following her wishes, there will be no funeral or other ceremony.
