Linda ~ Ian and I were so very sorry to hear of Garth's passing. He was such a gentleman, very charming, knowledgeable and witty, and we always enjoyed our time together with you and him.

Garth was from Bournemouth in England, but his parents Robert and Peggie together with his sister Anne all had a strong Welsh connection which was also part of Garths heritage. He and Linda visited his homeland many times and will be sadly missed by Anne and family DAVID, ROBERT, CAROLINE AND PENNY together with numerous nieces and nephews. We all hope Linda will still come over often, and send our condolences for such a sad loss.

My thoughts are with you and the family. Garth as you know was a constant gentleman through and through and looked upon as a senior statesman in the legal arena to be recognized. I am so glad to have got to know him and witness him at work especially on the Real Property Section Executive at what is now known as the OBA, As someone once said, If you're not at the table, you're on the menu. Let it never be said that Garth was on the menu!
He contributed so much to OBA through his skills, leadership and mentorship as well as his many other pursuits such as the hospital to ensure that needed resources are delivered and the needs of community are safeguarded. He has left a legacy for others to emulate due to your special partnership and support. He will be dearly missed by many.

To Linda and all of Garth's family, my condolences. Garth was a special friend, a frequent, kind and generous mentor to me. He is also remembered fondly by my "children" who were many times entertained by his playfulness. Our thoughts and prayers from myself, Fred, Derek and Claire, sincerely Erica
