George was my first boss in the investment business back in the summer of 1992 when I was an intern. He taught me so much. We also played tennis. He invited me and my wife to dine with Susan and him. He was a man of principle and conviction. His calm demeanour and focus set him apart. You will always live on in my memory George!

Oh Susan,

we just heard the news today. We are so very sorry. George was a great person and together with you, you were wonderful neighbours.

I´m glad we saw each other at the chance meeting at the Indian restaurant.

Much love to you,

Paul and Anne Craig

Susan
I just came across George's obituary . I am so sorry for you and your family. I sold my business interests and retired a year ago and amid the COVid disruptions have been reformulating my lifestyle ,it is fair to say , and one thing am doing it seems is recontacting with old friends and relatives . George and you often have come to mind . George always radiated a friendliness and warmth that was captivating and now with the time and energy to reacquaint with the people I have met and liked . George's generous enthusiasm for life , his kindness and his openness were very appealing .
Despite the brevity of our acquaintance and the absence of contact for these many years George's acquaintance and friendship is valuable to me and to a very small part I share in your and your family's grief.
Sincerely
Don Steele , Vancouver BC
