BASE, Dr. Gerald Sidney (M.D., F.R.C.P.)
On January 2, 2003 at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Joan (nee McNiece). Loving mother of Tom, Jennifer, Rick, Lindy and John (Casey). Devoted grandfather of Jeff, McKenzie, Mark, Jack and Mattie. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds St., Oakville (905-844-3221) on Sunday, January 5, 2003 from 11:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. A private funeral service to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital Dialysis Unit.
