HONRADO, (Gerry) German Inocencio
With great sadness his family announces that Gerry Honrado passed away on January 26, 1999 at Sunnybrook Hospital. He was 36 years old. Gerry brought great joy and laughter to all who knew him and throughout his life he showed an unparalleled capacity for love. Since immigrating to Canada from the Philippines in 1975, Gerry earned a PH.D. in Psychology from the University of Toronto and also co-founded a successful international home furnishings company, G.H. Interiors Inc. with his partner Antonio Gregorio. Predeceased by his father Leonardo Dreyfus Honrado and his grandparents Jose and Juanita Honrado. He is survived by his partner Antonio Gregorio, his mother Marilyn Inocencio, his sister Lara-May Honrado, his brother Leonard Mark Honrado and many relatives and friends whose lives he has touched and who will miss him dearly. Those who wish to pay their respects may do so on Wednesday, January 27th at Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home, 467 Sherbourne St. from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Sherbourne & Earl St. on Thursday, January 28th, 1999 at 1:30 p.m. Donations in memory of Gerry Honrado may be made to AIDS Committee Toronto, 399 Church St., Toronto, Ontario M5B 2J6.
