GLEN MURRAY BROWNLEE March 9, 1947 - June 19, 2018 An Ottawa Valley boy, he knew how to work hard, dream big and love deeply. He was a builder by nature, from boats, to homes, to high-tech companies but his greatest and most enduring project was his family. He met Mimi, the love of his life, in high school, had four children and worked across Canada. He rose to the executive offices of SDL, MDI/Motorola, Simware, Sierra Wireless and Tantalus. He retired early to build his dream boat and live on the high seas. He and Mimi cruised on the east and west coast, Mexico and the South Pacific. But he always kept an anchor on shore at the family cottage compound on Cedar lake where he devoted his tireless project drive to building a family compound for his 6 grandchildren. Glen is survived by his loving wife, Mimi; and their children, Pennie (Stu), Scott, (Nancy) Barrett, (Matt) Chris (Kerry); and 6 grandchildren, Hamish, Seb, Alex, Maggie, Annie and Ellie. A celebration of Glen's life will be on Tuesday, July 3rd from 3:30-6 p.m. at the RVYC in Vancouver. Please contact:
