September 10, 1941 - February 7, 2016 Suddenly in his sleep in his 75th year, at home in Arizona. Survived by the love of his life, Val, his wife and best friend of 52 years. Adored and admired by his son, Gavin (Anne), his daughter Marjie (Derek, Max & Bonnie), his other 'kids' Ed & Elissa, his brother Robert (Heather), his 'sister' Bonnie (Lowell), and his beloved dog, Ginny. He met Val in grade 12 English class at North Vancouver High School and knew very soon that he wanted her to be his wife.
