Fr. Walker was my history teacher at St. Mary's high-school circa 1979. He had a special way about himself. Yrs later while in the hospital from a motorbike accident I woke to him beside my bed n he says something like, "dont worry I'm not here for last rights." He laughed n I was relieved, lol. I've thought of Fr. Walker though the yrs with good memories. He is a special light. I'm sad to hear of his passing n give my condolences to his family.

Our Gord was a very kind, gentle and considerate man. His entire focus was toward others. In addition to Gord's very thoughtful, compassionate and serious side, he had a wonderful sense of humour and joy for life. His presence will always be felt by those he touched.
