SOLOW, Dr. Halina
Suddenly, on Saturday, December 16, 2006 at her home. Dr. Halina Solow, beloved wife of the late Marion Solow. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Henry and Cathryn, and Guela and Harry. Devoted grandmother of Benjamin, Marissa, Max, Madison, Anisette, and Minerva. Service was held at Benjamin's Park Memorial Chapel, 2401 Steeles Avenue W., (three lights west of Dufferin) on Monday, December 18th at 10:00 a.m. Shiva 118 Munro Blvd., from 11:00 a.m. daily. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Dr. Halina Solow Memorial Fund, for the establishment of a Humanitarian Award in her name, c/o The Benjamin Foundation, 3429 Bathurst Street, M6A 2C3, 416-780-0324.
