At Sprucedale Nursing Home, Strathroy, on Friday, August 19, 2005 in his 89th year; beloved husband of the late Alice Anne (Lallie) Jack (2000); father of Tom (deceased) and his wife Linda of Alton, Jim and his wife Barbara of Everett, Nancy Lockyer Millward of Toronto, Peter (deceased) and his wife Gail of London and David and his wife Debbie of Victoria B.C.; dear grandfather of John, Julie, Deborah, Trevor, Dana, Andrew, Malcolm, Edward, Lisanne, Kristen, Brooke, Jennifer and Matthew and great-grandfather of Ashleigh, Andrew, Madeline, Claire, Braedan, Hudson, Madeleine, Jack, Lindsay, Sophia and Lauren; predeceased by his sister Eva Brett. Private family service. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of H.R. in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville.
