CUNNINGHAM, Helen Mary

Peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Providence Manor Kingston on 1st January, 2013. Helen Mary Cunningham, beloved daughter of Joseph and Gertrude Costello. Dearly loved wife of Willis G. Cunningham Q. C. (dec 1973). Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Christopher Cunningham and Carol Rogers (Gananoque), Jane and Larry Jones (Surabaya Indonesia), Elizabeth and Sandy Wilson (Kingston), Timothy Cunningham and Maureen McKinnon (Kingston). Cherished mother-in-law of Elizabeth Reid (Kingston). Devoted and adored Nana of Nicholas Cunningham and Glynis Tabor (Toronto), Hugh Cunningham and Heather Boyd (Peterborough), Kathleen and Tait Jones Danhausen (Nashville), Erin and Eric Jones Walker (Chicago), Alexandra and AJ Keilty (Kingston), Sally and Brendan Crates (Launceston, Tasmania), Gillian Wilson (Kingston), Willis Cunningham (Peterborough) and Reid Cunningham (Kingston) great grandmother of Nyla and Max Walker and Jack and William Keilty. Helen will be fondly remembered by her family, nieces, nephews and many friends as a warm and courageous woman. The family will receive friends at the Robert J. Reid & Sons Funeral Home, 309 Johnson Street (at Barrie Street) Kingston on Friday 4th January from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's Cathedral, 279 Johnson Street, on Saturday 5th January at 11 a.m. Private interment St. Mary's Roman Catholic Cemetery, Lindsay, Ontario at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to The University Hospitals Kingston Foundation or the Archdiocese of Kingston Priest's Retirement Fund.
