McGEE, Hon. Frank Charles, P.C.
Died at home April 4, 1999. He is survived by his wife Moira (O'Leary), children Sheilagh D'Arcy (Bob McKeown) of New York, NY, and Maureen and Owen, both of Toronto; grandsons D'Arcy and Liam McKeown as well as sisters Joan (Keith Campbell) Toronto and Maureen Thomson, Ottawa. Born in Ottawa, March 3, 1926, Mr. McGee was sworn to the Privy Council in 1962 as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration. One year later, he became Minister without Portfolio. He later served as a member of the Security Intelligence Review Commission. In 1990, he was appointed Judge, Citizenship Court, Toronto. Mr McGee had been a Toronto Star Columnist and host of the CBC TV series, The Sixties. Cremation and private family service later this week. In lieu of flowers, a donation to your favourite charity would be appreciated.
