COHEN, Howard Thomas
Peacefully, on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at Kensington Hospice. Beloved husband of Halle. Loving father of Joel Cohen and Jill Cohen Gaffe, and father-in-law of Lorne Gaffe. Dear brother and brother-in- law of Carol and Philip Goldsmith. Devoted grandfather of Jared and Isaac. Funeral will be held at Benjamin's Park Memorial Chapel, 2401 Steeles Avenue West (3 lights west of Dufferin) on Sunday, November 12, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Beth Tzedec Memorial Park. Shiva at the home of Howard and Halle Cohen. Memorial donations may be made to Kensington Hospice, 416-963- 9640 or to Dr. David Tang-Wai c/o Toronto Western Foundation, 416-340-4430.
